How it works

BinBoss runners pull customer trash, recycling, and compost cans to the curb on collection night and put them back the next afternoon. Routes are planned for you and assigned three days in advance, so you can plan around them.

1. 1

   Apply online

   Submit this form with your W4, I9, and driving licence. Most applications are reviewed within a few business days.

2. 2

   Get approved + onboarded

   Once approved, you'll get a runner login and access to your route assignments. We'll walk you through the mobile workflow.

3. 3

   Pull bins out, 5–10pm

   The night before collection, head out on your route. Pull each customer's bins to the curb and snap a photo to confirm.

4. 4

   Put bins back the next afternoon

   After pickup, return the cans to where they belong. Snap one more photo and you're done.

   Get paid

   Pay is per route. The more routes you take, the more you earn. Direct deposit, no waiting.
