What areas do you service?

We currently service a huge part of Austin, TX focusing on zip codes west of the I-35 and south of SH-45. As we're growing, we'll be adding more zip codes!

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime from your account dashboard.

Are there any additional fees?

Pricing excludes 6.25% Texas Service State Tax, but other than that, there are NO hidden fees.

What if the City doesn't collect according to their normal schedule?

If the City doesn't collect on your normal scheduled trash pickup day, we are flexible enough to push our service one day out. This could occur when collection day is on a National Holiday or due to severe weather.

What if I have more trash than fits in my trash or recycling bins?

We only roll trash, recycling, and compost cans to the curbside that are provided for by the City of Austin. Any additional items such as cardboard or trash bags, will not be placed at the curb. So please make sure all trash fits in the cans.
