  • How much does BinBoss cost?

    A single roll-out and roll-back is $24 per property, with no subscription. Monthly plans are $39 a month per property for up to 3 cans and driveways up to 70 ft (Basic), or $49 a month for 4 or more cans, long driveways, or several units on one property (Premium). There's no long-term contract. If you need a custom schedule or can count, contact us for a custom plan.

  • When do you roll my cans out and back?

    A local runner rolls your trash, recycling, and compost cans to the curb the evening before your collection day and brings them back the following afternoon. You get a photo text each time, so you can see it was done.

  • Do I need to be home?

    No. If your cans are behind a locked gate or in your garage, add the gate or garage door code when you sign up, or later in your account, and your runner will use it.

  • What happens if my runner can't roll my cans out?

    Your runner still comes by. If something stops them, such as a locked gate, a gate code that doesn't work, a blocked path, or no bin set out, they take a photo and you get a text explaining what happened, so you're never left guessing.

  • Can I add another property?

    Yes. Add more addresses from your account, for example a rental or a family member’s home. Each property is billed separately on the card you already have on file.

  • Can I book a single roll-out instead of a plan?

    Yes. A one-time roll-out and roll-back is $24 per property, with no subscription. It's handy when you're travelling or just need us once. Choose it when you sign up, or book it from your account if you already have one.

  • How do I pay?

    By card. Monthly plans are billed automatically each month, and you can update your card from your account at any time.

    We currently service a huge part of Austin, TX focusing on zip codes west of the I-35 and south of SH-45. As we're growing, we'll be adding more zip codes!

    Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime from your account dashboard.

  • What if the City doesn't collect according to their normal schedule?

    If the City doesn't collect on your normal scheduled trash pickup day, we are flexible enough to push our service one day out. This could occur when collection day is on a National Holiday or due to severe weather.

  • What if I have more trash than fits in my trash or recycling bins?

    We only roll trash, recycling, and compost cans to the curbside that are provided for by the City of Austin. Any additional items such as cardboard or trash bags, will not be placed at the curb. So please make sure all trash fits in the cans.

  • How can I become a Bin Boss runner?

  • How will my phone number be used?

    We only use your phone number for service updates — never for marketing. You'll get a short welcome text right after signup, a heads-up text before your very first roll-out and roll-back so you know roughly when we'll be by, a photo text each time your bins are rolled to the curb and back, and a one-time feedback ask around three weeks in. That's it. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or turning SMS off in your account settings.
